I rely on my iPhone for just about everything, so why not use it to help organize my life? Intuition is a new app by Icon Apps that has some really great features. The best thing about it: FREE! For a free organizational app it really does pack in a ton of useful things. You can organize your different tasks by category which I find very helpful. Maybe you have a slew of phone calls to make. Organize them under the "calls" category. My favorite category is the "grocery shopping" category. This will actually allow you to make out a grocery list to take with you to the store. The only problem I have is that my iPhone usually also doubles as a distraction for my three year old in the grocery store. So all I have to do is Email the list to myself using the share feature!
The Calendar is great because it organizes your items based on time and date. For instance, if you have missed your hair appointment, it is going to let you know that this is over due! It also lists for you what is coming up. You can even sync this calendar to your Google Calendar! If you have tasks and things on your calendar that you need to share with others, that is also included in this app. Intuition makes it simple for you to share via Email, Facebook, or Twitter with friends and family. Maybe you are going to be running a little late. Just send a quick email to your husband letting him know that he will need to pick up the kids from school. If you are like me and do not like to run in circles around town, just use the map feature that shows you where your tasks and appointments are on one calendar. You can even see what is nearby if you are looking for something in particular.
I also really love the Community Tips available with Intuition. You can browse through categories like "Kid's Activities," "Home Improvement," and more. Check out different ideas that fellow Intuition users have submitted. The fun part is that you can submit your own! Running across the bottom of the Intuition App are several different money saving offers that might be appealing to moms as well as clever quotes. You can also find clip-less coupons to use while you are in the store!
